Eejin Choi is a picture book artist based in Korea. 

She created <Broccoli Banana Mustache> with a simple but heartfelt wish that 

babies might discover the vibrant colors of nature and grow to love eating vegetables.

She finds delight in quiet walks and cherishes unexpected encounters with small creatures along the way. 

Her first picture book, <Knock, Knock, Dada at Oak Tree House Unit 101>, 

was inspired by the serene forests of Odaesan in Gangwon Province a story she both wrote and illustrated.
